I am astonished to see Fang Xingdong fartting again. He said he had taken an in-depth research on Blogging phenomenon and he isn’t only a few steps above the other bloggers but the deepest researcher at least around China. What a barefaced man !
Who is Fang and what did he do?
The cheekiness Fang went far by challenging Microsoft in China within funny and childish reasons before he corrupted morally on the BLOG world. He launched a blogger site - http://www.blogchina.com in China 2 years ago, it is a so-called ‘the worldwide No.1 Blog Portal’. He invented a Chinese term for ‘Blogger’ - BO KE (namely 博客 in Chinese). The most interesting thing is that he actually submitted a BLOG related paper toward his electrical engineering PhD degree in famous Tsinghua University. He has been at school for above 8 years for the pending PhD degree. It is really shame !
Why am I not a damn BO KE?
If anybody ask me whether you are BO KE? I will answer ‘ABSOLUTELY NOT’. So far my motivation of having blog still is the original one - to build a personal website to write memorable experience and share them with my friends. In the excitement, someday I found a good content publishing system - movable type, it is a pretty appropriate tool which is intended to provide a easy way to organize and publish TEXT content for people like me. Come up with the finding, I started blogging life.
I don’t care what the blogging culture is, where the blog will go. The important point is that I have fun by blogging. So I am not a blogger, just opportunely got a BLOGGING tool for building personal website. Name is not such important for me.
Another antic in Chinese
Come with the popularization of Internet, some new loanword terms came into Chinese life. A mass of loanwords terms are derived from English, to standardize and translate them to Chinese are necessary. Unfortunately, some geeks did the great job absurdly, Mr. Fang is certainly one of them.
In Chinese national standard, Internet is named ‘YIN TE WANG’ (因特网 in Chinese) instead of the familiar 互联网 (means a network connecting each other). Actually most of people so much as national enterprises are using 互联网 till now. It is a really joke.

Some people have same or similar standpoint, they design some interesting images against the so-called BO KE world. I used one as head image. It is first time I didn’t use photo shot by myself as head imege.
