Thinking of Not Thinking

As I wrote in previous entry I would add site statistics into my weblog site. Now I have done it. Site Meter on http://www.servustats.com is my select. It gives me statistics reports on visits and page views (per day, week, month, and year). Till now I only added it into index template. It means Site Meter works in index page only. Other template will be performed soon. As a free internet service it always likes to show AD icons or banner, to prevent the unlike element appearing I have appended some code to make them minimum as far as it can’t be aware of.

Servustats http://www.servustats.com is another choice. I will try it out on my weblog.

You might see a new text editbox on left sidebar. I used bloglet http://www.bloglet.com. You can Enter your email address into the editbox (on left sidebar below ‘Subscribe NOW’) to subscribe my weblog,then you can receive newest updated via email automatically. I hope it won’t disturb you. Haha…

As title shows I have to put down my camera for some days. Current two projects I am ownning both enter into final acceptance period and one of them will be refreshed in one month. During peak seaon I will fall into lots of contracts, documents, talkings & negotiations. In China project management is different. Except neccesary skill and technique you must have addtional relationship management skill to deal with client, partner and team member. 8 hrs is far from sufficient daily working time. As far as private life time you have give up for winning contract and make it succesful.

Time… It is precious, we lose it very quickly, and we cannot get it back.
Time… Take care of it, or it will eat you alive.

Many times in travel during peak season I had to try to recall where I was.

Time… Don’t abuse it, because it will surely abuse you!

It is actuality if you are working in service organizations in China even if they are applying pretty different project management methodologies at any location or any business.

I spent about 1hr to modify movable type templates to change blog appearance. You have seen that.

Movable type is exactlly a amazing toy. I have to appeciate Six apart for supplying the pretty good thing reached my expectation of publishing ideas, thinking and so on.
